Prenatal Yoga


Come work out the pregnancy kinks in a safe and supportive environment. This is not yoga light. This is an invigorating vinyasa class designed around the pregnant anatomy to support your body, strengthen it for labor/birth and help you relax from the daily stresses so you can enjoy this unique time with your body and baby.

Props and blankets are provided. Please bring a mat, water and anything else you need to keep yourself comfortable.

This class is suitable for anyone who is pregnant, regardless of how early or late in your pregnancy you are. Class credit for future baby and me classes will be given if your baby is born before the class ends.

About the Instructor: Melia is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher, certified pre/postnatal and mommy and me teacher, trained birth and postpartum doula, lactation educator/counselor, and mom of 3 breastfed babies. With 25 years of personal yoga experience, 13 years of breastfeeding experience and 4 years working with birthing mothers, she is passionate about creating a strong caregiver baby/bond while helping ease the aches and pains that go along with pregnancy and caring for a child in the early postnatal time.
